The Eastern Region of the Missionary Church (ERMC) exists to make followers of Christ and facilitate the health, growth, and multiplication of leaders and churches across the eastern United States
Our Global Reach
The Missionary Church is committed to church planting and world missions, consisting of two million people in more than 20,000 churches in more than 100 countries, and 500 churches in the United States.

The Eastern Region is comprised of churches ranging from new church plants to historic churches, and from inner city contexts to rural towns.

Staff and Leadership
REGIONAL DIRECTOR
JEFF AND CHRISTINA GETZ - Jeff serves as our Regional Director, and has been a senior pastor and church multiplication coordinator for the Missionary Church. He also has experience as a youth pastor, church planting coach, and as director of strategic partnerships for an international relief organization. His family first joined the Eastern Region when they moved as missionaries to NYC in 2007. Jeff recently formed the Immerge Network, which mentors and trains young leaders doing ministry among immigrant communities.
REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR/TREASURER
Marcos Crespo Sr has served as Regional Treasurer for 7 years, and coordinates our regional conference and various administrative projects. Marcos and Rubi pastored in Bristol PA and currently serves in the Pastoral Leadership Institute.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Rosa M Reyes Santiago serves as Administrative Assistant to our Eastern Regional Director, Jeff Getz. She has experience working as Treasurer in her local church in Bristol PA for over 14 years. She leads the Education and Children’s Ministry, and has been teaching several courses in the Pastoral Leadership Institute (PLI) in Allentown, PA.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Heidi Foreman serves as Director of Communications for the ERMC. She is also on staff at Fleetwood Bible Church as Communication Director, serving there since 2017. Heidi specializes in design and digital communications and has experience in website management.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CARE & COMMUNITY
EDWIN AND CARMEN COLÓN – As our Regional Pastor, Edwin provides care to our pastors and serves on the Executive Board. For thirty years Edwin and Carmen have pastored Iglesia Primera Corintios 13, one of the Region’s most multiplying churches. Edwin has started several pastoral training institutes in PA and in Dominican Republic, with over 100 graduates.
WOMEN OF MINISTRY DIRECTOR
AUREA MARCIANO – As our “Women of Ministry” Director, Aurea and her assistant director Arlete Laranjeira provide care and connection among the region’s women serving as pastors and as wives of pastors. Aurea has led a dynamic women’s ministry and with her husband Paulo leads the Brazilian Missionary Church in New York City.
ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR
TULIO ABEL AND ADRIANA DE SOUZA – Tulio serves alongside our regional director as Regional Administrator, Executive Board member, and co-chairs our conference meetings. He pastors Emanuel Church in Newark NJ (a church with a Portuguese service and a Spanish service) and is one of the mayor’s clergy liaisons.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CREDENTIALING
RON EADE – Ron recently retired as senior pastor at Church of Genesis in New Castle PA, and has served the region as Director of Credentialing for 10 years. He walks with all pastors through the minister’s license process, assists churches as they join the MC, and helps with religious worker visa needs. Ron will assist you and your church through the joining process as found here: Join US
NEXT GEN MINISTRIES
MARCOS CRESPO JR. - Marcos & Maryelba Crespo are currently serving in as our Regional Next Gen Leaders. Marcos is also the Next Gen pastor at Fleetwood Bible Church, while Mary serves as Nursery Director. Both are have made it their mission to help disciple the Next Generation of believers as well as train mentors and leaders in the local church.
